What it is: A private area for residents to access important neighborhood contacts with all information optional. Includes contacts for neighbors as well as recommended service providers.

How it works: Email hillviewlarkspur@gmail.com for access or request access at the link above. Once you have access, add in any info you'd like to share with your neighbors (contact, events, service providers). All information is optional based on your comfort level and will only be shared with Hillview residents.

HOA Dues

About

The HOA is responsible for community events like Block Parties and Halloween as well as maintenance of the entrance garden.

Stephen and Alanna Simon are currently serving as co-Presidents of the Hillview HOA after moving into the neighborhood with their dog, Winni. They look forward to fostering connections with their neighbors by starting new traditions and helping to carry on the timeless others.
